As you select camp session(s) for your child, please keep in mind that children are eligible based on the grade level they will be entering in the Fall. Preschoolers who are between the ages of 4 and 5 who are able to attend a half day program on their own, may attend any of our Pre-school Camps. Children entering K - 5th grades may attend Nature Camp and Art Camp. Children entering 6th - 8th grades may attend Art Camp and Digital Photography Camp, Students ages 15 and up are eligible to volunteer with our Summer Camp Assistants program.
We are happy to now offer families three convenient options to register for camps. Registration is on a first come, first served basis. Online registrations are given priority because payment is immediate. Registrations received in person and in the mail will be processed in the order they are received. We are not able to take registrations over the phone.
Members who have a current family or grandparent memberships, paid through August 2017 receive discounted pricing on all summer camp options. If you would like to renew a membership or become a member to receive the discount, please include your $50 payment with your camp enrollment. Members receive a 10% discount in the gift shop, free programs throughout the year, plus other benefits. Learn more about becoming a member of the Nature Center.
Campers need to bring a sack lunch and drink each day, except for Friday. Campers should bring a water bottle to camp each day. Parents should, if desired, apply sunscreen and bug spray to their campers prior to coming to camp each day. Please review the Parent Letter for the camp your child will be attending. Specific information for your child's camp is contained in the letter.

Each child must have a completed Emergency Contact Form on file and a signed Behavior Contract by the first day of camp
Full payment must be included with each registration to enroll in camp. A camp t-shirt, all camp materials, daily snacks, beverages and a cookout lunch on Friday will be provided.
You may cancel your enrollment up to 3 weeks before the start of the camp in which your child is enrolled. You will receive a refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than 3 weeks prior to that start of the camp session for which the child is registered will not be refunded. All campers are expected to abide by our Positive Behavior Plan. Failure to do so will result in a phone call to the child's parents or guardians and may result in removing the child from camp, at the discretion of the Camp Director. No refunds will be issued if a child is removed from camp for failure to follow the Positive Behavior Plan.
