Snowshoe and Cross Country Ski Rentals

Snowshoes and cross-country skis are available for rent at Asbury Woods starting in December. A great way to stay active and enjoy the outdoors during the winter, visitors of all ages may rent this equipment for use on our 216-acre property during regular business hours. We rent equipment when there's at least 6 inches of snow on the trails.

You can rent equipment during regular Nature Center Hours:
Monday – Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Sunday from 12:00 - 4:00 p.m.

Equipment Rental Fees:

Cross Country Skis, Boot and Poles:
Supporting Donor - $8 per hour
General- $10 per hour

Snowshoe Rental:
Supporting Donor - $5 per hour
General - $7 per hour

Rules:

• Please do not wear skis on bare pavement.
•  Skiing and snowshoeing is not permitted on the boardwalk at the Nature Center.
•  Students 17 and under must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian to rent equipment.
•  There must be at least 6” of snow on the trails to use equipment rented by the Nature Center.
•  Rental equipment may only be used on Asbury Woods Nature Center property.
